Job Title: Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger activities, and month-end closing processes. This role requires a proactive individual with solid analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily financial transactions, including verification, classification, and accurate recording of accounts payable data.
Support invoice processing and review within the Accounts Payable function.
Review and validate all accrued and prepaid expenses.
Prepare adjustment journal entries in the accounting system.
Manage accounts related to affiliated and related parties.
Assist in preparing payment batches through the banking platform.
Collaborate with the finance team to support the month-end closing process.
Calculate landed costs for inbound shipments and oversee inventory management using the inventory system.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, including A/R and A/P.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in general ledger functions and experience with month-end/year-end closing.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Odoo ERP system is preferred.
