Requirements:
A-Technical Support
Receives, understands, and defines Team's problems.
- Fixing user's problems using SQL Server 2000 & 2008 & 2014 database system.
- Detect bugs and then write down report those bugs to the development team to fix those bugs and test the functionality.
- Install the ERP software with using SQL Server, run script and use SQL queries to delete, modify or insert on the database and maintain it.
- Work with users and IT members to troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to application software. Identify the cause and design or develop an approach for resolution. Upon approval, implement the correction/customized software
- Assists client hardware and software problem resolution.
-Creates project chart that contains all the information about the project (project plane, time table, human resources, and responsibilities of each site in the project).
- Working in ERP environment Systems like: Financial Suite(General Ledger
system, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed Assist, Cash Box)
B- E-Marketing
