𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 is seeking 𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 to join us for one of our hospitals:
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞:
To ensure the effective delivery of IT services within the hospital by overseeing daily operations, supporting users, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with the central IT Shared Services team for escalations, improvements, and the implementation of new digital initiatives.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in healthcare or enterprise environments
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Become familiar with hospital systems (HIS, PACS, RIS, LAb etc.)
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and security fundamentals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications such as ITIL, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, MCSA
Prior experience in a healthcare or enterprise IT environment
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
Strong knowledge of system administration and backup system .
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based applications.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, etc.)
Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.).
Understanding IT security is the best practice.
