𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in HR services or outsourcing).
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
Fluency in English is a plus.
