Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
Contribute and give user – training on new systems functionalities
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provides remote technical support through the team viewer platform and through communication with our customers and agents
Providing technical support across the company setting up accounts for new users
Determining hardware and software requirements based on business needs
Job requirements:
Experience 1-4 years
Bachelor degree in any relevant field
V.Good Knowledge (Networking, CCNA, MCSA, ERP)
